As an Analytics Engineering Manager, you'll work to:
Scale a team of highly technical Analytics EngineersLead your team in developing flexible and scalable data models to simplify our complex source data for internal analyticsAssist with Product initiatives to bring data marts to customersPartner with Data Science teams to identify, document and create cross-company core metrics / martsPartner with Data Engineering teams on core infrastructure selection and procurement for various self serve and data modelling needsPartner with Business stakeholders to enable consistent reporting on internal financial, accounting and opportunity dataEstablish a testing framework for any changes to the core modelsPartner with teams throughout Carta on identifying opportunities and building solutions to help in simplifying operations while producing rich and accurate data sets for us to useConstantly identify opportunities for providing self-service tooling to our internal partnersThe Team You'll Work WithYou'll be joining our Analytics Engineering Team.

Even though our toolstack (Airflow, DBT, Snowflake & Looker) are a good start, you will always be in the know on the latest and greatest technology we could utilize, making appropriate recommendations across the stack.
You concentrate on automation and self-service.

Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans.
Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$183,920 - $229,900 in Seattle, WA$193,600 - $242,000 in San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA; New York City, NYFinal offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
