Job Description Position Summary The Spirits Operations Analyst will lead the reporting and analysis of data to drive operational improvements in Constellation Brands’ Spirits manufacturing network. In this role, you will identify, develop, and drive standardization and reporting of metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to improve operational processes. You will help drive a single source of truth throughout the Spirits organization and act as a trusted advisor to both the VP – Spirits Ops and VP- Master Distiller.
Success in this role requires the ability to glean operational insights from data and on-site observations, as well as experience in building the business case for change and gaining stakeholder buy-in. In this role, you will need to possess strong business acumen, fluency with data, exemplary problem-solving skills and the capability to learn sophisticated analytical tools. You will be encouraged to challenge the status quo and get your hands dirty in working with site leaders to ensure successful understanding of your recommendations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead analysis and support implementation of strategic projects, including dashboarding, on-site training, and coaching as needed. Responsible for communicating project statuses to management.
Create processes and tools to gather critical operational data; build reporting using gathered data to assess performance against key operational metrics
Develop new and improve upon existing processes to simplify and streamline cross-functional interactions and internal and external operations
Develop business cases for capital expenditures in conjunction with site leaders and report on post-implementation performance against projections
Help standardize and refine processes across all sites in the network
Facilitate the collection and reporting of data from the floor up, at each of our manufacturing sites and co-man operations.
Regularly interpret data and advise Spirits leadership of trends, risks, and opportunities. Be a solutions focused partner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in analyst, operational, or planning roles
Exemplary Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving
Intellectually curious; driven by challenging the status quo and making a positive impact. Demonstrate a growth mindset.
Ability to draw insights from multiple data sources
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with the entire MS suite of products, ERP systems, analytical software
Good organizational, planning, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and communicate with credibility and confidence
Physical Requirements/Other:
Travel Required: 10-15%
Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
