Who We’re Looking For
We’re excited to add an Alliance Manager to our corporate team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for working with sales, marketing and delivery across all Concurrency regions and will work to hit a corporate alliances sales goal. You will work as a limited portfolio seller, focused on a specific solution set, and aligned to our strategic partner relationships. We carefully choose strategic alliances that offer innovative technologies to support and accelerate our solutions. You will be responsible for partnering with our sales team to drive the increased adoption of our solutions across existing and developing customers. We are looking for someone who can be the central point of contact with our strategic partners and use your skills to develop and introduce new partner resources to our selling team. Additionally, you are responsible to maintain leadership relationships with Concurrency leadership and Partner Leadership. You will manage a Partner Alliance Specialist ensuring that they are aligned with and meeting corporate goals. You will possess strong client relationships and an eagerness to strategize, plan and search independently for greenfield accounts based on validated opportunities.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage multiple relationships with primary alliance partners (Microsoft and ServiceNow) as well as ancillary, supporting alliances.
Partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
Drive additional revenue through product and services.
Communicate effectively and consistently with all alliances partners.
Serve as a Concurrency ambassador and thought leader to prospective alliances and customers.
Manage other team members, Partner Alliance Specialist.
What You'll Need
5+ years of managing a partner program.
Strong existing relationships with Microsoft and/or ServiceNow.
Experience working in a professional services organization.
Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and people in CURRENT positions.
Connected with the Microsoft Manufacturing EOU.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Detailed and thorough -solid organization skills.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Management experience.
Experience with structured sales methodologies and use of tools (Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office products) to manage the process.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environments at Fortune 1000 companies.
