Job Summary
The Ad Operations Manager is responsible for leading our Ad Operations’s team to produce and optimize the best possible campaigns for our customers. The position reports to the Head of Product. As a start-up, we need a candidate in this role who is comfortable as both thinker and doer, who can lead an ad operations department while also actively engaging as the department’s daily work requires.
Responsibilities
Deliver scalable customer advertising results through planning, managing and optimizing customer digital advertising for all channels, including Facebook and Google.

Create roadmaps for strategic advertising initiatives and optimization efforts to achieve client goals for lead volume and ROI.

Provide analytics and critical insights on performance; collaborating with Customer Success and customers, as needed, to resolve performance issues.

Develop and execute A/B testing; maintain a laser focus on account optimization, landing page and creative testing, audience segmentation, and leveraging new ad platform features

Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to ensure a seamless operation of customer marketing.

Manage a team of Ad Ops Specialists who own the implementation of advertising campaigns from start to finish, ensuring campaigns launch and deliver on schedule and according to customer expectations.

Own the client relationship and digital advertising development for new vertical and offerings. Coordinate support required from Breakthrough to deliver a successful customer experience.

Develop and communicate marketing strategy with customers.

Experience
5-7 years of experience in directly managing paid social (in-platform), including campaign structure, targeting, audience expansion, optimization, and measurement.

3+ years of experience in B2C demand generation

Experience in account management and working with various types of customers.

Skills
A team player who shares results learned from experiments and happily tackles new goals

Great communicator that can work with customers and cross functionally to achieve goals

Data-focused marketer with excellent strategic, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities

Expert knowledge of ad networks including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads

High level of comfort analyzing and speaking to key digital performance metrics.

Versed in strategies to find new audiences, maximize spend efficiently, and respond to trends on the fly

High levels of proactivity, accountability, organization, and agility
