Start as a sales trainee to broaden your professional experience through a comprehensive 2: year development program building your sales, technology, and business acumen, as well as a customer:centric mindset to set you up for professional success. Upon completion of the class, trainees will tranisition into a sales terriotry within one of the following markets; Alabama, Kentucky, Missouri or Tennessee. About Our Sales Academy Program Experience:

:2:year Sales Development program.
:Initial 12:week classroom:based training at our Broomfield, Colorado office location. Class starts June 16th, 2020.
:Learn technical and professional fundamentals for success from proven sales leaders.
:Understand CenturyLinks full product and solutions portfolio to increase overall knowledge for go:to market strategies.
:Network with a group of other sales trainees, sales leaders and business executives.
:At the successful completion of the 12 week classroom:based training, transition into an Account Manager role in one of the following territories; Birmingham/Hoover AL, Louisville KY, Kansas City, Springfield or St. Louis MO, Nashville TN.

:Generate potential sales leads by using lead:generation and research tools during the first 3 months.
:Proactively qualify leads and sales prospects by understanding business profile, buying process, requirements and timeline expectations.
:Formulate solutions and present products and solutions persuasively and effectively while linking benefits to the clients business objectives and needs.
:Produce new sales from prospects and current Enterprise customers via various outreach methods.
:Must have a sense of urgency and respond to inquiries within established timeframes.
:Successful performance demonstrated by achievement of monthly sales quota.
