Support Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

T-Mobile is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team in a remote, work-from-home position based in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to T-Mobile customers. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times

Requirements:- Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to think innovatively and critically when providing solutions- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
