Steel Dynamics is seeking a passionate and adaptable Support Officer to join our team. This is a remote work position based in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and assistance to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information2. Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer problems3. Managing and updating customer accounts and databases4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure client needs are met5. Generating reports and analyzing data to improve customer support processes6. Assisting with sales and marketing efforts as needed7. Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and trends
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field2. Minimum of 4 years experience in customer support or a related role3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively4. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software7. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service
