Responsibilities:
Processing and accurately dispense prescription ordersCounsel physicians and patients on the proper use of medications,Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to pharmacy staff membersWork with Pharmacist-in-Charge on work schedule and be accessible to discuss availability each weekQualifications:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy3+ years of experience of recent pharmacy experience; billing experience preferredExcellent attention to detailWillingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environmentUnderstanding of workflow processes and ability to adapt accordingly to changesFlexible and proactive to meet varied patient needsSelf-Motivated and able to work autonomously to ensure completion of tasksAble to collaborate with other healthcare professionalsExperience with PioneerRx, FrameworkLTC, or a similar systemsExceptional People providing Exceptional Care.
