Job Description:
Prudential Financial is seeking a motivated and passionate Online Support Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers and clients. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers with online inquiries, technical issues, and account management.- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online experience for our customers.- Conduct research to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.- Monitor online platforms for any potential issues or feedback from customers.- Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other online support tools.- Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service.- Creative problem-solving skills.- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
