We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Hormel Foods in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the food industry and customer service field.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide information and assistance regarding products, promotions, and company policies.2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.3. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.4. Monitor online chat platforms to proactively reach out to customers who may need assistance or have questions.5. Collaborate with other team members to share customer feedback and improve overall customer service strategies.6. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate information to customers.
