The Strategic Accounting Infrastructure and Control (SAIC) Team is seeking a Project ManagerResponsible for analysis and execution of financial accounting architecture changesWill participate in projects and provide support for various initiatives
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Provide and document detailed accounting requirements• Liaise with controllers organization to document requirements and pain points• Work closely with technology to meet finance requirements• Analyze controls to ensure solid control environment• Write and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases• Liaise with PMO and assist with overall governance• Communicate updates to finance stakeholders• Engage for review and design decision throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
• 6+ years finance experience• Understanding of general ledger and accounting functions• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Attention to detail and ability to work independently• Organized and self-motivated• Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills
Key Skills Needed
• Knowledge of US and local GAAP• Experience in project management• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-lookups)• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently• Organizational and multitasking abilities
