As a Customer Care Officer at TJX, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from Jacksonville, Florida. You will be part of a dynamic team that strives to exceed customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies- Assist customers with online ordering and account management- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed customer service KPIs and goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in customer service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Adaptable and reliable personality traits- Innovative and leadership soft skills- Must be able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
