Job Description:
Jarden is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The Contact Center Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment providing support to our customers and clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.2. Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed.3. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and collect feedback.4. Manage and update customer accounts in the company database.5. Assist in coordinating communication between different departments within the company.6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service.
Requirements:1. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
