We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects. Experience in Civil and Commercial construction highly preferred. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising the construction site, coordinating and scheduling subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Primary Duties:
Supervise the construction site and ensure that all work is being completed according to plans, specifications, and codes. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure that all workers and subcontractors comply with safety regulations and guidelines. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress, including any delays or issues that may arise. Review all construction-related documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and change orders, ensuring that they are within budget and meet project specifications. Qualifications:
Five (5) years' commercial construction experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and similar programs Excellent written/oral communication skills Firm understanding of the commercial construction industry and processes Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment Benefits:
