Responsibilities
• Assist Privacy Compliance Manager in assessing, measuring, and monitoring privacy laws, rules, and regulations in a 2LOD capacity• Support execution of broader compliance privacy elements, including risk assessments, policy and procedure development/enhancements, and development of privacy related training materials• Reinforce requirements of Compliance Risk Management Oversight Program, including ongoing monitoring, comprehensive reviews, and targeted reviews of the first line of defense• Create and manage all reporting elements related to Compliance Privacy• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field• 1-2+ years working experience in banking/financial services regulatory compliance, auditing, risk management, or related experience• Working knowledge of federal and state compliance privacy laws and regulations• Effective research, project management, organizational, analytical, and problem resolution skills• Results-oriented, can work independently, meet deadlines, track multiple tasks and priorities• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Proficient with Microsoft applications• Preference for International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) privacy certification
