Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

AK Steel Holding is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Fort Worth, Texas, US, at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.2. Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to accurately document client interactions and follow up on any outstanding concerns.3. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of customer satisfaction.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide feedback for process improvement.5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and loyalty.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better support clients and provide valuable insights.

Requirements:1. Associate degree or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role.3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.4. Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.5. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.6. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.8. Experience in the steel industry or related field is a plus.
