Job Description:As a Client Support Associate at iHeartMedia in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and assisting with various tasks to ensure their satisfaction. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are being met- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Help prepare reports and presentations for client meetings- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners

Requirements:- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Attention to detail and strong leadership skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Previous experience in client support or customer service roles- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
